If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern My Little Paintpot’s relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

The term ‘My Little Paintpot’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ or ‘I’ refers to the owner of the website. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

All images of artwork and original works of art are strictly copyright of the artist, My Little Paintpot . Please do not copy, reproduce or use these images in any format without first obtaining the permission of the artist.

Placing your order with My Little Paintpot

Prices and Payment Terms

Prices shown on our website are full price and postage and packaging within the UK is also shown.

When you place your order we must receive payment in full before the painting/item can be started or orders processed. This represents an offer from you to purchase the product and we will indicate our acceptance via email confirmation. All commissions will be discussed with you via email or via Facebook private message prior to the sending of any invoices.

Paypal – You do not need a Paypal account to use this payment method. It is a safe and effective way to purchase goods online. For more information please visit their website.

Bank Transfers – This payment method is also accepted. Please let us know if you would prefer to pay this way. All transfers must be cleared before any work is started.

Commissions

All personalised artwork and commissions are bespoke and are undertaken in the understanding that they will be undertaken in the style of the artist, My Little Paintpot.  My Little Paintpot will work closely with you throughout the process to ensure that the artwork is exactly what you want. All artwork commissioned by you is unique to you and is painted to order. Please ensure that all information provided is correct at point of ordering as changes made due to customer error may be charged or may not be able to be rectified if the order has commenced production. Please check that all names and dates are correct as mistakes due to customer error will not be refunded. If the mistake is on the part of the artist a full refund will be issued or amendments will be made to the artwork. 

If you require your artwork/order for a specific date, please email the artist in the first instance to make sure this is attainable and there is sufficient time for it to be completed and posted to you.

Drafts of artwork will only be provided at the artist’s discretion.

Delivery and returns

UK Delivery – we use Royal Mail to post all UK items and the cost of this is clearly indicated on the site or as quoted for multiple purchases.

We will use the address specified by you on your order / invoice for posting, so please ensure that this is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods whilst in transit (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery, but delivery times are not guaranteed.

Please note that orders sent via Royal Mail Signed For delivery service are subject to Royal Mail terms. Parcels are not considered lost/ missing by the Royal Mail until 15 working days after the sending date. We are therefore unable to resend or refund for orders lost in transit until 15 working days after the order sending date. Tracking information is available upon request.

Returns Policy – As all original artwork is bespoke and created to your particular specifications it is not possible to offer refunds.

Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order – You will need to provide us with your e-mail address and we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and to confirm details.

Changes to terms – we reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.

Law, jurisdiction and language – This website, any content contained therein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.
