SHIPPING POLICY

We send your orders out via Royal Mail Second Class or Royal Mail Second Class Signed For Delivery. 

​When your items have been completed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know that your order is on the way to you.

Royal Mail Second Class Signed For Delivery - Please allow 2-5 working days from dispatch.

P&P charges are £2.95 or £4.95 depending on the weight and size of your order.


CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

We hope you will be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, you may return your un-personalised order within 14 days of delivery. You must notify us immediately to inform us you are returning your order by emailing ( insert email address ) you will then be given a refund (minus postal charges) once the item is received back to us in the same condition it left us in. If you require to return an item to us, we recommend sending it via a trackable postal service. This way you can track it and make sure it has arrived safely with us.

If your order is personalised and therefore customised to your specific requirements or has spelling mistakes that you have made when placing the order, it is therefore deemed as a non-refundable item. It is essential to check all spelling and lower or upper case lettering at the time of ordering.

Please note that the colours on the products listed on our site may not exactly match the colour displayed on your screen. This is due to various computer devices producing different colours.  All efforts are made to match colours wherever possible.

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately and with photographic evidence where possible and a return will be arranged and a full refund will be given.

In the event of items being delayed or lost in transit, my little paintpot reserves the right to claim for loss with Royal Mail before offering a replacement order or a refund. Lost or delayed items will be considered after a period of 10 working days from the date of posting.
